China-Myanmar Cooperation Seminar: Promoting BRI and Community with a Shared Future

A Seminar on the theme of “China-Myanmar Cooperation on promoting the Belt and Road Initiative and Community with a Shared Future”, jointly organized by the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies and the Institute of Myanmar Studies in the Yunnan University, was held at Lotte Hotel in Yangon on Wednesday. 

On that occasion, Union Minister for Union Government Office (2) U Ko Ko Hlaing delivered an opening remarks. Then, the eighteen Scholars and Research Fellows from the Myanmar and China presented the papers which they researched on various sectors of the Belt and Road Initiatives. 

Members of the Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies, officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Professors and Post-Graduate students from the University of Yangon and the Yangon University of Foreign Languages, Officials from the Institute of Myanmar Studies, Yunnan University, Professors and research fellows from the Peking University and Xiamen University China were present.
