News writing & photography : MoIFER opens training course in Nay Pyi Taw

The Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations opened news writing and photography training on Monday.

At the event, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr Kan Zaw said that this training course aims to report the implementations of the Ministry to people with accurate and effective facts, to enhance capacity building of the staff under the Ministry and to write the true news in a timely manner to counter to fake and fabricated news on the social media including facebook page with fake images.

The Ministry is emphasizing on boosting investments and cooperation of foreign economic relations in implementing the State’s economic objectives.

The news editors need to know the state’s policy and guidelines in a timely manner and it needs to publicize the true news on the performance of the Ministry.

The Union Minister stressed on trying for the success of the Ministry’s objectives and responsibilities by using effectively photography and news subjects taught in the training.

The trainees are urged to effectively apply their knowledge learned from the course in combination with their experience in the workplaces and to share their colleagues.

The training period is one week and the staffs of the Ministry join the course.
