Myanmar / Bangladesh: Union Minister for Health receives Ambassador

Union Minister for Health Dr. Thet Khaing Win on Thursday received a Bangladeshi delegation led by the Ambassador Dr. Md Monwar Hossain at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw.

This meeting focused on bilateral cooperation on health sector, global health issues prevention and response activities, universal health care services, activities to solve the problem of antibiotic resistance, prevention measures to reduce drowning deaths, prepared health care activities for the return of displaced persons and registration and distribution of drugs and medical products in Myanmar produced in Bangladesh.
