Myanmar/India/Thailand: Union Minister for Electric Power receives ambassadors

Union Minister for Electric Power U Nyan Tun separately received Indian Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Vinay Kumar and Thai Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Mongkol Visitstump at the ministry on Monday afternoon.

In meeting with the Indian ambassador, they discussed cooperation in electric power sector between the two countries, cross-border power line measures and capacity building of employees.

The meeting with the Thai ambassador to Myanmar focused on cooperation in electric power sector between Myanmar and Thailand and the issue of the cross-border power line project.
