Meeting with athletes: Preparations for 4th Asia Paralampic Games

Union Minister for Sports and  Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan together with Yangon Region Sports and Physical Education Committee Chairman and officials visited the Myanmar Paralampic Sports Federation in Dagon MyoThit (North) on Tuesday.

First, Secretary of the Federation and officials reported on the preparations for 4th Asia Paralampic Games, and trainings for track and field, swimming and sitting-volleyball. Then, the Union Minister said that the government is paying a special attention to the sport sector and present cash awards to the athletes who won the medals.

The athletes need to compete the best in the events and they are necessary to take care of their health. Next, the Union Minister and party inspected the synthetics running track in the compound of the federation and gave necessary instructions.
