Illegal Trade Eradication: Illegal goods, vehicles and timber seized

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.

On the 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th of August, illegal chicken sausages, electrical equipment, mini drone, badmintonnyl on string, timber, packs of vermicelli and lady slippers, unregistered vehciles, teak, motorboat and engines worth over 101 million Kyats were confiscated at the 16thMile Kyaukchaw Checkpoint, at the Yangon International Airport and at the Asia World Port Terminal Container Checkpoint as well as in Kyangin, Pathein, and Nyaungdon townships and at the Kawkareik (Tadakyoe) checkpoint as well as in Tamwe and Bahan townships and in Nyaunglebin District, in Minbu Township, in Minhla Township, in Yephyu Township.
