Especially, broken hip fracture are common in women. Prevention is better than cure. So, make sure we don't slip and walk with care. Strengthening our core and balance exercises will reduce the risk of slips. Falls causes a serious injury, such as a broken bone or head injury. If the people have abroken bone, the relevant doctors must treat it first. After that, we have to do physical therapy to recover normal mobility. Depending on the condition of the patient, there are OPD and hospital treatment. We need to do exercises to prevent osteoporosis. Walking for half an hour a day is the best exercise."
