Land Management: Magway Region's Committee holds meeting 3/2023

The Magway Region’s Vacant, Fallow and Virgin Lands Management Committee held its meeting 3/2023 at the regional government office. Chairman of the Committee Chief Minister U Tint Lwin addressed this meeting which focused on mattters including application for access to seasonal crops, industrial crops, garden crops and perennial cultivation, mining and production and vacant, fallow and virgin lands cases in Minhla Township and Thayet District.

The Chairman also urged the attendees to work in accordance with the existing law, by-law, procedures and directives for the state economic development, employment opportunities for local residents and landless citizens. And, regarding the application and vacant, fallow and virgin lands cases, the meeting made scrutinization, approval and rejection.
