Meeting with Service Personnel: MoEA Union Minister met with officers and staff members

The meeting with the officers and staff members by the Union Minister for Ethnic Affairs was held at the Ministry, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on 17th August and the Union Minister Jeng Phang Naw Taung, Deputy Minister U Zaw Aye Maung, permanent secretary, directors general, deputy permanent secretary, deputy directors generals, officials and staff members attended.

In his opening remark, the Union Minister Jeng Phang Naw Taung said this meeting is held to meet with the officers and staff members cordially and solve the difficulties encountered within the framework of rules and regulations.

The objectives of the Ministry are to preserve and promote the literature and cultures of the national races, protect the ethnic affairs in line with the law, strengthen and solidify the Union spirit and develop the socio-economic life of the national races.

The public service personnel need to put the exerted efforts to serve the assigned duties to facilitate implementation for the prosperity, stability and peace of the country in accordance with the 5 points roadmap, 9 objectives. And the union minister invited the personnel to submit difficulties facing openly. Next, the Deputy Minister U Zaw Aye Maung gave remark.

Then, the personnel from the departments reported the difficulties encountered and requirements and the permanent secretary, director general and deputy permanent secretary clarified the matters and the union minister and deputy minister coordinated necessaries.

After giving a speech of conclusion by the Union Minister, the Union Minister, Deputy Minister, permanent secretary, directors general, deputy permanent secretary, deputy directors generals and officers and staff members enjoyed the lunch together, it’s learnt.
