MSME member temporary card: Temporary cards handed over to entrepreneurs

The Directorate of Industrial Supervision and Inspection (DISI) issue the temporary card to those who apply the SME Member Card (New) through MSME Online Registration System as of 12th July, 2023 for the MSME entrepreneurs during making efforts to enact the MSME Development Law.

The launching ceremony of first time issuing temporary MSME Member Cards to the entrepreneurs was held at the Ministry of Industry, Nay Pyi Taw on 4th August with the aim at disseminating information to the entrepreneurs widely.

On the occasion, secretary of MSME Central Committee, Vice Chair (2) of MSME Work Committee Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than gave an opening speech. Next, the Union Minister handed temporary MSME Member Cards to the entrepreneurs from Yangon and Bago Regions.

Then, Chair of MSME Fund Management Committee Deputy Minister for Planning and Finance U Maung Maung Win and the director General of the Minister's office of the Ministry of Industry also presented temporary member cards.

Together with secretary of MSME Central Committee, Vice Chair (2) of MSME Work Committee Union Minister for Industry Dr. Charlie Than, Chairman and secretary of MSME Fund Management Committee, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw MSME Agency and agency members, Senior officials from the Ministry of Industry and the officials from Nay Pyi Taw MSME Association and entrepreneurs attended.
