






Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) conducted Administration Capacity Development Training No.5 and Clerical Staff Management Training No.23 for 10 weeks period from May to July.
The training completion ceremony was held at the parade ground of the academy on 14th July.
A total of 248 trainees from General Administration Department attended the Administration Capacity Development Training No.5 and a total of 92 trainees from the ministries joined the Clerical Staff Management training No.23, respectively.
Dr. Khin Mar Myo, Pro-Rector, Teaching, Civil Service Academy (Upper Myanmar) said " Administration Capacity Development Trainings are conducted by the General Administration Department. As the personnel, serving in administrative field, have to interact with the citizens directly, and they need to improve their service delivery skill and mindset. During the training, the trainees are taught about the basic principles of the civil servants, laws, leadership, supervision and management concepts, etc."
Ei Zin Phyo, Trainee said " I have learned a lot about the interpersonal skills during the training. I tried my best to learn the courses thoroughly. As the training offers the valuable courses that we need to apply in our workplace, I have acquired many experiences and knowledge and I will share them to my colleagues."
Thet Naing Oo, Trainee said " There are 8 subjects in Clerical Staff Management Training No.23. The courses were very knowledgeable and diversified. I would like to thank to our trainers who shared their experiences and taught us efficiently."
As the government is accelerating the development process in every sector of the nation, the Civil Service Academy is conducting such trainings to improve the capacity of the civil servants to be able to contribute for the sustainable development of the nation.
