Implementation of e-ID system: MoIP Union Minister inspected work process of e-ID system

Chairman of e-ID System Work Committee Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing together with the officials viewed the collection of Biographic and Biometric data of the faculty members, staffs and family members and university students conducted by the personnel from the office of Myitkyina Township department of e-ID System, gave necessary instructions upon the clarifications of officials concerned, coordinated requirements and cordially greeted the faculty members and the data collectors in the morning on July 3rd.

Next, the Union Minister also inspected the verification process of house lists collected on ground with those data kept in office and the data from e-ID Server at the head office in Nay Pyi Taw and gave necessary instructions at the Kachin State head office of the Ministry of Immigration and Population.

Then, the Union Minister met with the head officers of State, district and Township and the State head officer U Win Ye Tun clarified the completion of Pan Khin Project in Kachin State, collecting data on ground, data on issuing NSC as per the Township, verification process with the e-ID Server, status of completing collection of points of wards and villages location for enumeration of census in 2024. Regarding with the clarifications, the Union Minister coordinated requirements, explained work process in detail and gave necessary instructions.

From there, the Union Minister viewed the collection of points located wards and villages to draw mat using the GIS technology at Myo Thit Gyi ward of Myitkyina and inspected collection of Biographic and Biometric data of officers, ranks and families and issuing Unique ID at Bala Min Htin Hall of the North Command together with the Commander Ma-J Ko Ko Maung and gave necessary instructions to the officials concerned.
