Farewell Call: MOFA Union Minister receives Russian Ambassador

Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe received Russian Ambassador to Myanmar Dr. Nikolay Listopadov, who is leaving Myanmar upon completion of his tour of duty in Myanmar at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on 30th June.

At the farewell call, both sides cordially exchanged views on the matters pertaining to the further consolidation of longstanding friendly relations and multifaceted cooperation between Myanmar and Russia in the future.

The Union Minister ‌also commended the Ambassador for his remarkable contribution to the advancement of Myanmar-Russia bilateral relations and cooperation during his tenure.
