Monsoon Activities: MoTC holds Tree-Planting and Fingerling-Releasing Ceremonies

Ministry of Transport and Communications held its Monsoon Tree-Planting and Fingerling-Releasing Ceremonies in the compound of Nay Pyi Taw Railway Station of the Myanma Railway on Friday.

The ceremonies were held with the attendance of Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Transport and Communications Admiral Tin Aung San, Deputy Ministers, Permanent Secretaries, Director Generals and departmental officials.

At the Tree-Planting ceremony, over 19,000 saplings were planted. In the Fingerling-Releasing ceremony at ShoPape reservoir near the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw, 20,000 fingerlings were released.
