Rice Provision: Rice provided to thousands of people in Rakhine State

Major General Aung Myo Tun, currently in Rakhine State for rehabilitation tasks, and Chairman of the Rathedaung Township Administration Department U Naing Lin Htet and departmental officials attended the rice donation ceremony for the cyclone affected people in the Township at the Rathedaung port on Thursday.

Also, they provided rice for over 19,000 people from Kyauktan area who were also affected by the storm ‘MOCHA’. Also, at the hall of the Township Administration Department, the Major General and officials provided rice for over 10,000 cyclone affected people from LaungChaung area and for over 6,000 from SayTiPyin area.
