Arch and Road Opening :Pyidaungsu Arch, No.2 Pyidaungsu Road opened in Monywa

Sagaing Region Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw on Wednesday attended the opening of Pyidaungsu Arch and No.2 Pyidaungsu Road in Monywa.

In this opening ceremony, the Chief Minister highlighted opening of the new Pyidaungsu Market in January, renovation of the lake beside the Market and construction of lanes around the lake. He also stressed the regional government’s efforts to develop the Monywa Township and called for the public cooperation on the efforts.

Also, the Deputy General from the Monywa Township Development Committee explained construction of the Pyidaungsu Arch and No.2 Pyidaungsu Road. And, the Chief Minister and officials ceremonially opened the No.2 Pyidaungsu Road and the Pyidaungsu Arch.

There, the Chief Minister also inspected the Road which is 7 miles and 1.05 furlongs constructed by the Monywa Township Development Committee.
