Drug Seizures: Thousands of stimulant tablets seized

Illegal drug was seized in Yangon Region and Shan State. In Dagon Myothit (East) Township of Yangon Region and in Taunggyi Townsip of Shan State, 29,000 stimulant tablets were seized.

2 men and a woman were arrested along with the seizures. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
