Education sector: Union Minister attends "Shaping the Future" Forum

Union Minister for Education Dr. Nyunt Pe attended the opening ceremony of the "Shaping the Future" Education Forum at the Kazan IT Park in the Russian Federation on the 8th of June.

Russian President Mr. Vladimir Putin delivered an inauguration speech virtually at the opening ceremony. There, the Union Minister attended the first and second parts of the plenary session.

In the evening, the Union Minister met the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Deputy Minister and other officials at the Federal University.

This meeting focused on issues related to the provision of scholarships and further cooperation in the basic education sector, the higher education sector and the teacher training education sector of Myanmar’s Ministry of Education.

In the evening, the Union minister enjoyed the dinner hosted at the Kazan Palace Hotel.
