Launching online Aung Bar Lay: SAC Chairman delivered an opening speech

The Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing delivered an opening speech at the launching ceremony of Aung Bar Lay Online Lottery System held at the Myanmar International Convention Center-2, Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on June 8.

Together with the SAC Chairman, Council joint-secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, Council members, Union Ministers, Union Level officials, Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman, Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air) General Maung Maung Aye, Senior military officers from the Office of Commander in Chief, Chairman of Myanmar Economic Corporation, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, Deputy Ministers, invited guests, artistes and responsible officials.

First, the presentation of dances with the “Aung” which is the launching song of Aung Bar Lay and the song “The era of the digital in Myanmar”.

Next, the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister delivered an opening speech.

In his opening speech, the SAC Chairman first explained the detailed meaning of the word "Aung Bar Lay",  the brief history of "Aung Bar Lay" lottery, increasing prize range of it during the tenure of the SAC from 60% to 70% divided from the total returns of selling lottery tickets, somewhat solution for those who have to draw luck by buying lottery ticket with extra price, inaddition to the distribution of printed lottery tickers, the online lotto system is initiated for the people to try their luck easily through the online etc.

Then, the Aung Bar Lay lottery history documentary and the Online Aung Bar Lay lottery System video clip were screened.

Next, the Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister U Win Shein, Union Minister for Investment and Foreign Economic Relations Dr. Kan Zaw, Chairman of Myanmar Economic Corporation Lt.-Gen Nyo Saw and (Mytel) CEO Nguyen Tien Dung from Viettel Group launched the online Aung Bar Lay lottery System.

Then, Deputy Prime Minister Union Minister U Win Shein presented online Aung Bar Lay lottery System commemorating logo to the SAC Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing. Afterward, Mytel Public relation Chief officer Dr. Ni Lar Aye clarified regarding with the online Aung Bar Lay lottery System.

Next, after entertaining a dance with the song “Let’s draw Aung Bar Lay Lotto” and the documentary on the five year anniversary of Telecom international Myanmar Co., Ltd (Mytel) was shown.

Then, on behalf of the Ministry of the Defense of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam,

Vietnamese ambassador to Myanmar H.E. Dr. Luan Thuy Duong extended words of thanks.

Afterward, on behalf of the Ministry of the Defense of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Vice President Major General Nguyen Thanh Nam presented certificate of honor to the responsible officials from Mytel in commemorating 5 year anniversary of Mytel. 

Then, Myanmar and Vietnam dancers and music groups entertained with the songs of “We Love Myanmar and” “Try luck by drawing Aung Bar Lay Lotto” and the ceremony was concluded.

Afterward, the Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister viewed the using of Aung Bar Lay Online Lottery System Mobile Application and the responsible officials explained about it.
