Approval of registration: Registration of political parties approved by UEC

The Union Election Commission issued an announcement No 26/27/2023 on 5th June, 2023 allowing the political parties to be registered as political parties.

Under Article 9 of the Political Parties Registration Law, it was announced that the Danu National Democracy Party, with its headquarters located at No 10/64, Cherry Street, Ward 10, Kalaw, Shan State (South), The People’s Pioneer Party, with its head office at No 63, lower block of Latha street in No 3 Ward of Latha Township in Yangon Region have been approved for registration.

The registration number of the Danu National Democracy Party and The People’s Pioneer Party are 21 and 22 respectively.
