Catering Charity Feast: Charity feast of fruits biryani continues in Sittwe

The fifth day of charity feast of vegetable biryani is continued in the townships of Sittwe and YathaeTaung of Rakhine State on 3rd of June.

In the morning, totalling 6000 people were catered and in the evening, it went for 4000 in total.

The Sky Net for people, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Association, Myanmar Licensed Contractors Public Co., Ltd, Myanmar-India-China International Friendship & Economic Development Association (MICA) and Inter-Faith Friendship Organization jointly organized the donation which is going to be conducted for 30 days.

Also on 2nd of June, in some villages in Sittwe and Ponnagyun townships, cash donation and day meal (vegetable biryani) offering were made in the monasteries.

Moreover, the charity feast was conducted for the faculty members and students from University of Computer Studies and Technological University and 12 million kyats of cash assistance was provided for the University of Computer Studies.

Then, the relevant officials met and encouraged the school principals, faculty members and students from primary school in Kyauktankyi village, Sub BEHS in Amyintkyun village and Sub BEHS in MyoAlesu wards respectively and provided vegetable biryani for them.

In addition, providing vegetable biryani went to the basic households also.
