OPEC ministers arrive in Vienna ahead of oil policy meeting

Energy Ministers from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Angola and Algeria arrived at OPEC - Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries - headquarters in Vienna, ahead of a meeting to discuss output policy, set to take place on Sunday.

The in-person ministerial meeting will see 13 OPEC members, led by Saudi Arabia, as well as 10 allies, led by Russia, come together with discord between Riyadh and Moscow expected to overshadow proceedings.
