Educational Grants : A ceremony of providing educational grants at the MOC

A ceremony of providing educational grants to the children of the staff who will study in the 2023-24 Academic Year was held at the hall of Ministry of Construction in Nay Pyi Taw on June 2nd.

Union Minister for Construction U Myo Thant attended the ceremony and made a speech. The Union Minister said the government is providing the educational subsidies every year for the students to be happy and smart at learning school lessons.

So also, the ministry provides stipend for the children of the staff from the departments under the Ministry. He stressed that the students need to serve for the benefits of the State and people. The Union Minister urged them to study and work hard to be smart in all aspects.

Afterwards, the Union Minister and the Directors-General provided the educational subsidies to 572 primary students, 238 middle school students and 249 high school students for the 2023-24 Academic Year.
