Paper reading session: Legal research team under the MoLA organizes

A paper reading session of legal research team under the Ministry of Legal Affairs was held at the Ministry on Wednesday.

At the event, Union Minister for Legal Affairs and Union Attorney General Dr Thida Oo said that the Legal Research team was organized by (14) leading committee members, (71) researchers and (6)working groups and it is accelerating the legal research works.

The event is aiming to know the tasks conducted by the Ministry in a timely manner, to promote the legal knowledge, to share their experiences and to participate in the discussions actively.

During the event, legal research teams read out the rearch papers titled “ “Presenting on ethic, responsibilities and rights of lawers” and “To reform the inspection of legal offices (1990) in line with the current situation”.

The seminar was attended by the Union Minister and Union Attorney General, the Directors General and officials in person and officers from the Region/State legal offices joined via online.
