Meeting for Rehabilitation in Rakhine: Deputy Prime Minister receives Chinese Ambassador

Member of the State Administration Council Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Soe Htut receieved the Chinese Delegation led by Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Mr. Chen Hai at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday. On the occasion, discussions were made on the China's readiness for rehabilitation activities in the cyclone Mocha-hit areas, acceleration of cooperation in combating online gambling fraud and transnational crimes in Myanmar-China and Myanmar-Thai border areas, identifying the culprits at large, combating production and illicit trackfficking of drugs, holding the 7th Ministrial Myanmar-China Law Enforcement and Security Meeting, Lancang-Mekong law enforement cooperation, accelerating the support for technology usage and trainings and exchanging information in time.
