Drug Seizure :195 heroin blocks worth 1 billion kyats seized in Yatsauk

195 heroin blocks weighing 68.25 kilos with the value of over 1 million kyats were seized in Yatsauk, Shan State (South), according to Myanmar Police Force. A combined team of Anti-narcotic drug unit searched a PRADO driven by Yi Wai Maung and a Toyota Hilux driven by Tin Hlaing from Indaw to Yatsauk at the inspection gate, the entrance to Yatsauk, Shan State (South) on 22nd May and seized 68.25 kilos of 195heroin blocks from these two vehicles. According to investigation, the seized heroin blocks were transported to Pekon Township, Shan State (South) from Mine Rae, northern Shan State. The culprits have been taken actions and investigation is underway to those who involved in the incient.
