Drug Seizures: Thousands of stimulant tablets seized

Illegal drugs were seized in Kayin State and Tanintharyi Region. In Hpa-An Township area of Kayin State and Kawthoung Township of Tanintharyi Region, over 13,000 stimulant tablets were seized. A man and a woman were arrested along with the seizures. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken against the suspects in line with the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
