Sotheby's previews 'Luxury Week' items on sale in Geneva

Sotheby's presented items up for sale in its Geneva Luxury Week, with in-person auctions taking place on 14 and 16 May in addition to an online auction already open and closing on the 18 May. The highlight of this sale is a blue diamond mounted by Bulgari, estimated to sell for in excess of $25 million.

The Laguna Blu is a Fancy-Vivid Blue pear diamond of 11.16 carats, an extraordinary stone that comes from a private collection. It is a stone that has never been presented on the market, it is the largest blue diamond ever mounted by Bulgari and also the most expensive Bulgari jewel ever presented at auction.

In addition to the jewelry, watches, fashion accessories, Hermes bags, and Colnago bike decorated with gold leaf and set with a two-carat diamond on the handlebar are also showcased.
