COVID-19 Update: 211 new COVID-19 cases reported on May 9

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures. The Ministry reported 211 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Tuesday after testing 10,856 patients within 24 hours.

At the time of report, there is no patient died due to the disease while 81 patients have recovered from the disease. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 636,388 and the death toll stands at 19,492 and the number of recovered patients is 615,388.
