Putin arrives to address Moscow Victory Day parade

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Moscow for the annual Victory Day ceremony marking the defeat of Nazi Germany in World War II.

Victory Day is Russia's most important secular holiday with observances and events normally held across the county. Victory Day commemoration on Tuesday will mark the 78th anniversary of Germany's capitulation in World War II.
