Two dead, one survivor in Ecuador plane crash

Also, the pilot and a passenger were killed when a light aircraft crashed in Ecuador's Pastaza province on Monday.

The Ecuadorian General Directorate of Civil Aviation said another passenger was injured in the crash and taken to a hospital.It said both passengers on board the plane were women. The Cessna 182 crashed in the the vicinity of Río Amazonas airport. Authorities were yet to confirm what caused the plane to come down.
