Illegal Trade: Illegal goods worth over 192 mil Kyats confiscated

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.

On the2nd, 3rd and 4th of May, illegal goods including mass motor engine oil,  display stand and fertilizer worth over 192 million Kyats were confiscated at the Asia World Port Terminal container checkpoint and in Dawei township as well as at the Mayanchaung permanent checkpoint.

Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
