Agriculture Development: MOALI Union Minister inspects sunflower plantation

Pobbathiri Township Agriculture Department organized a demonstration on hybrid sunflower species pilot plantation in Baekone Village-tract on Saturday.

Union Minister for Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation U Min Naung attended the ceremony and made a speech. Nay Pyi Taw Council Chairman U Tin Oo Lwin also explained the farmers about sunflower cultivation techniques, feeding fertilizers and watering. The Union Minister and party later inspected over 2-month growth of sunflower plantation, and gave necessary instructions.
