Giving guidance: SAC Chairman gave guidance to the students of UDNR

Chairman of State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met students who will complete the five-year education degree course No. 5 of the University for the Development of National Races (UDNR) of the Union at Ngushwewa Hall of the SAC Chairman’s Office in Nay Pyi Taw in the afternoon on Monday.  

Also present were Vice Chairman of SAC Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win, SAC Secretary Lt-Gen Aung Lin Dway and Joint Secretary Lt-Gen Ye Win Oo, SAC members, Union ministers, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council, Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air), senior military officials from the office of commander in chief, commander of Nay Pyi Taw command and rector, faculty members and students of University for the Development of National Races.

In his remark, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing said that the state established Union National Races Development College on 20 October, 1964 with the aims of national unity and nurturing good educational personnel who can focus on the development of the national races.

On 10th of May, 1991, the Union National Races Development College upgraded as the University for the Development of National Races for the youth of national races to be able to study advance education. The University was established with the five objectives.

Now, the university has turn out 14058 graduates. As the students who will be graduated soon and serve the duties as the educational personnel, the points to be adopted will be instructed.

The State Administration Council is putting efforts by setting the policies, objectives and future work programs including 4 points roadmap, 12 objectives for the all-round development of the country and the stability and peace overcoming the challenges. Better nation and socio-economic life of the people in line with the motto “(Keep Moving Forward to Achieve Our Goal)”.

The State Administration Council is implementing two national work processes such as prosperity of the country and the food security and the two political work processes such as strengthening genuine disciplined multiparty democracy system and building a union based on the democracy and federal system.

The development of the country, the improvement of the people’s socio-economic life and the food security are the very basic and most important need. It’s crucial to hold the free and fair election to survive and flourish the genuine disciplined multiparty democracy system in the country.

The current unstable and unrest situation prevailing in the country is because of the 2020 election fraud which attempted to claim the state power with unlawful way. The election is paramount important because it’s national duty concerning with the country’s dignity and electing the country’s leaders who will shape the country’s future.

The SAC Chairman urged the youth of national races to serve the assigned duty to hold the free and fair and transparent general election and explained 2022 designated as the year of peace etc.

In conclusion,  the  Senior General expressed his wishes for the students by urging them to organize and lead national races by upholding our Three Main National Causes for the perpetuation of the union and fostering national unity and union spirit among them, to exert efforts physically and intellectually as much as possible for the regional stability and development, the socio-economic development of local people and human resources development of the areas where you are assigned to, to join hands with the government for peace and stability of the state and law enforcement tasks, to perform duties for the development of the education sector, which is fundamental for the development of the country, responsibly and accountably without engaging in party politics and to make efforts to become invaluable offspring of the country who fulfil their duties physically and intellectually at best to foster intellectual generations and to build a developed country.

Then, Rakhine student Maung Min Khant Hlaing spoke words of thanks to the Senior General on behalf of the students who will complete the five-year education degree course No. 5 of the University for the Development of National Races (UDNR) of the Union.

Afterwards, a male student and a female student paid respects to and presented souvenirs to the SAC Chairman Prime Minister. After the ceremony, the SAC Chairman Prime Minister, attendees and students posed for documentary group photo and the SAC Chairman cordially greeted the students individually.
