Exchanging views: SAC member received former UNSG

Member of the State Administration Council, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defense Gen. Mya Tun Oo received a delegation led by the Vice Chair of The Elders and former U.N Secretary General Mr. Ban Ki Moon at Jasmine Hotel in Nay Pyi Taw in the afternoon of 24th April.

During the meeting, they cordially discussed and exchanged views on the status of latest developments in Myanmar. After the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defense presented memorable gifts to the delegation led by the Vice Chair of The Elders.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister, Union Minister for Defense together with the Union Minister for Foreign Affairs U Than Swe and responsible officials. At the evening on April 23rd, SAC member, Deputy Prime Minister and Union Minister for Defense Gen. Mya Tun Oo hosted dinner in honor of visiting delegation led by Vice Chair of The Elders and former U.N Secretary General Mr. Ban Ki Moon at Jasmine Hotel.
