COVID-19 Update: 39 new COVID-19 cases reported on April 19

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported 39 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Wednesday after testing 12,489 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 15 patients have recovered from the disease. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 634,213 and the death toll stands at 19,490 and the number of recovered patients is 614,649.
