New Year Greetings: SAC Chairman PM extends New Year greetings

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Thadoe Maha Thray Sithu Thadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing extended New Year greetings on Monday. In his greetings, the Prime Minister wished all in Myanmar prosperity in the Myanmar New Year. In unity, all the people in Myanmar overcame the difficulties in the previous year. He also expressed his belief that all will continue the efforts in the New Year.

He also highlighted efforts to tackle the COVID-19 outbreak and plans to improve the public healthcare system, food security programme. The economic situation of the country has improved now. Supporting the local manufacturing industries and the MSMEs is improving the country’s economic situation.

He also stressed the importance of the union spirit for the development of the country, peace for establishment of a democratic system, negotiation for the ‘Keep Moving Forward to Achieve our Goal’ and education. If all play their roles perfectly, the country will develop. The Prime Minister ended his greetings by urging all to overcome the weakness and improve the strong points for the interest of the country.
