Illegal Trade: Illegal goods and timber confiscated

Under the supervision of Anti-illegal Trade Steering Committee, concerned officials have been making inspections on trade.

On the 10th and 12th of April, illegal goods including diesel, gasoline, clothes, ladder, electrical control panel main boards and timber worth over 261 million Kyats were confiscated in Shwebo, Muse, Dawei, Nyaunglaybin, Pantaung, Paukkhaung, Letpandan and Thayawaddy townships. Investigation is underway and legal actions have been taken in line with the laws.
