Two people die after a bridge collapses in Colombia

The Colombian army was investigating possible reasons behind a bridge collapse that left two dead and over a dozen injured. El Alambrado bridge breakdown occurred while various vehicles were crossing it.It links the departments of Quindío and Valle de Cauca in the southwest of the South American country.

Colombian Defence Minister confirmed the death of two police officers taking part in a group delivering supplies to a police institute nearby.The Defence and Transportation ministries are trying to determine the cause of the incident.
