Graduation Parade: 126th Intake of Officer Training School (Ba Htoo)

A Graduation Parade of 126th Intake of Tatmadaw (Army) Officer Training School (Ba Htoo) was held on Friday. On behalf of the Chairman of the State Administration Council, Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior General Thadoe Maha ThayaySithuThadoe Thiri Thudhamma Min Aung Hlaing, Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army), Vice Senior General Thiri Pyan Chi Maha ThayaySithu Soe Win attended the parade.

After receiving the salute of the cadet companies, the Vice Senior General inspected the cadet companies. It was followed by the salute of the graduation cadet companies by marching past. The Vice Senior General later presented the silver sword to the best cadet award winner. In his graduation speech, the Vice Senior General explained the efforts of the Tatmadaw for achieving peace, stability and development in the country by laying down the 5-point road map and the 12 objectives.

He urged the graduation cadets to abide by the rules and regulations so as to promote the image of the country in the international community. The Vice Senior General stressed the needs to make constant training for the modern military strategies and technologies to be able to catch up with the changing trend of age.

The Vice Senior General later received the salute of the cadet companies and left the parade ground. After that, the Vice Senior General met with the outstanding cadets and gave words of honour.
