COVID-19 Update: One new COVID-19 case reported on April 2

The Ministry of Health has been accelerating COVID-19 prevention, control and treatment measures and procedures.

The Ministry reported one new COVID-19 case at 8 p.m. on Sunday after testing 2,328 patients within 24 hours. At the time of the report, there’s no patient who died due to the disease while 8 patients have recovered. Confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Myanmar reached 634,085 and the death toll stands at 19,490 and the number of recovered patients is 614,563.
