Spanish PM meets business leaders

Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez met with Spanish business leaders and Chinese tourism business representatives in Beijing on Friday in a bid to kickstart business ties that have stagnated due to the pandemic. Sanchez was scheduled to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Friday afternoon. He also wants to boost Spanish exports to China and encourage Chinese tourists to return after the pandemic.
