Work Coordination Meeting: Aiming for development of trading industry

The Ministry of Commerce organized a Work Coordination Meeting for 2022-2023 fiscal year at the Ministry in Nay Pyi Taw on Thursday with the attendance of the Union Minister U Aung Naing Oo.

The Union Minister gave a speech, saying that the Ministry has to review strong and weak points of implemented tasks and to prepare for upcoming fiscal year to achieve success in the work processes.

He also called for boosting export volume and providing support to the MSME entrepreneurs to be able to produce import substitute products for local consumers, and try to improve trade relations with export and import partner countries. He also discussed on implementation of Digital Trading System for development of trading industry. 

Next, the Deputy Minister and the Directors-General reported on the implementation tasks by the respective departments, and the Union Minister gave necessary instructions.
