Basic computer training: MoSYA Union Minister gave an opening remark

The Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan gave a remark at the opening ceremony of basic computer training course (1/2023) organized by the Department of Youth Affairs under the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs held at the Multipurpose Hall of Gold Camp in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on March 20.

In his opening remark at the ceremony, the Union Minister said this training is opened to turn out the qualified, competent and reliable staff personnel and to be proficient at operating computer in carrying out the office tasks.

In such an era of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), the literacy in computer is essential, the staff members need to do lifelong learning regarding with the knowledge and skills on the technologies, it’s needed to share the skills gained from the training course and the knowledge through the study with the colleges for the development of the department etc. Then, the Union Minister posed for the documentary photo and the ceremony was concluded.

The basic computer training course (1/2023) will take place from 20th to 31st March at the computer hall of Gold Camp and three instructors will give theoretical and practical training for 20 trainees.
