





Under the supervision of the Yangon Region Government, Nyaung Na Pin Livestock Zone is being delivered their products such as vegetables, meats, fishes and eggs to the wholesale markets in Yangon Region daily.
Most of the products are distributed to Da Nyin Gone market while the rest are being distributed to other wholesale markets as well as about 48 markets under the Yangon City Development Committee.
Tin Maung Kyi, Secretary, Nyaung Hna Pin Livestock Zone Committee, said " We delivered our products such as vegetables, meats, fishes and eggs to wholesale markets under the supervision of Yangon Region Government. Also, we already constructed the wholesale center near the Livestock Zone to sell our products with affordable prices. And under the supervision of the Regional Government Ministers , we are carrying out to upgrade the roads as concrete one in Livestock Zone to make transportation convenience."
For the farmers and breeders of the zone, they are being conducting the technical training courses, according to secretary of the Nyaung Na Pin Livestock Zone.
Tin Maung Kyi, Secretary, Nyaung Na Pin Livestock Zone Committee, said " During the inspection of the Prime Minister, he gave us the necessary instructions for the zone. According to the instructions, Department of Agriculture is implementing the GAP system and conducted the seminars in cooperation with the Agricultural-related companies. Also Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department is conducting the seminars for livestock breeding including pig, duck and cows as well as the training courses to prevent disease for animals. And the Department of Fisheries is conducting the courses for fish breeders. Also the training courses are being opened to use the farming equipment professionally."
There are a total of 1,062 acres in Nyaung Na Pin Livestock Zone No.1, 2 and 3 which cover more than 7,000 acres of agricultural lands, more than 700 fish farms and over 700 acres of livestock farms.
