Matriculation Exam in Mon State: Chief Minister observes students taking the exam

Mon State Chief Minister U AungKyiThein and the State Ministers visited Basic Education High School in Paung on 14th March and observed taking the exam by the students with peace of mind. The State Chief Minister then met with the exam supervisor and officials and called for fulfilling the needs of the students to be able to take the exam with peace of mind.

In Mon State, there are 23 exam centers for 2023 matriculation exam and a total of 5,768 students are taking the exam, accounting for 92.73 percent. Measures are being undertaken for the students to take the exam safely and with peace of mind. From there, the Chief Minister and the State Ministers went to Paung Township Immigration and Population Department and looked into registration of ground population lists into e-ID Server. After hearing the reports of officials, the State Chief Minister coordinated essentials.
