Flooding near Kings River in California

Several streets in a California county flooded on Saturday, as the state struggled to deal with drenching rains and rising water levels. Footage showed the scale of flooding near the Kings River, with trees submerged underwater.

This week's storm marked the state’s 10th atmospheric river of the winter. The recent storms have brought enormous amounts of rain and snow to the state and helped lessen the drought conditions that had dragged on for three years.
