Pre-celebration of Mon State Day: Chief Minister opens golf tournament in Mawlamyaing

Aiming to produce outstanding golfers in the state and to mark the 49th Mon State Day, a golf tournament began on Saturday in Mawlamyaing.

Chief Minister U Aung Kyi Thein attended this golf tournament opening and stressed support from all sectors to raise the level of sports in the state, benefits of playing golf and action for the comprehensive development of the golf sport. And, he enjoyed the golf tournament participated by 220 golfers from Mon State, Kayin State and teams.
