One Web launches 40 low-earth orbit satellites

One Web, a low Earth orbit satellite communications company, launched 40 satellites with SpaceX on Thursday. This was the 17th launch for OneWeb as the company continues to build out its constellation of satellites.

OneWeb’s now has 582 satellites in orbit. One Web Satellites is a joint venture between One Web and Airbus.
