SAC Order No. 17/2023: Law amending Printing and Publishing Law

The State Administration Council of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar issues SAC Law No. 17/2023 on the Law amending Printing and Publishing Law on 6th March in accord with section 419 of the State Constitution.

It was amended substitution of the facts in the sections 6, 9 and 10 and sub-section (b) section (11) of the said law.  The order was signed by Chairman of the SAC Senior General Min Aung Hlaing.
